A pleasantly citrusy taste and aroma, delivered by cold hopping with Mosaic on top of Žatecký poloraný červeňák and Vital. Underneath sits a bottom-fermented, pale ten-degree beer brewed with Czech malt. Water, hops and brewery yeast complete the recipe, and Plavčík was introduced in 2017 as a new beer of the Žatec brewery.
