Beers similar to Velvet Evolution

A fragrant apricot wild ale with a rich fruit character: you taste the flesh, the sticky juice, a touch of stone and even the faintly fuzzy skin, balanced so that the beer itself stays in charge. It matures for several months on whole apricots from the brewery's own orchard. Spring frosts trouble the harvest almost every year, which is why Velvet reaches the market only now and then.
