Intoxicatingly fragrant apricot beer: a harmonious acidity meets a delicious, full, fruity taste. The base is a spontaneously fermented beer matured for nine to eighteen months, blended before the fruit season and left to settle. Only then does the team add whole apricots, three varieties typical of South Moravia from local orchardists, which lie on the beer for several months of further maturing.
