Lightly salty and gently sour, with herbal tones: this gose follows the old German tradition, with more than half wheat malt next to Pilsner malt, seasoned with salt and coriander. A special yeast strain forms a little lactic acid, and a very small addition of Sládek hops leaves the bitterness almost unnoticeable. Straw-yellow, light and with a medium crispness.
