Beers similar to Sequoia

Red IPA·United States·7.2% ABV·One of 24 Red IPAs in hopIQ·

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Sequoia's piney and citrusy character. Orange citrus, sparkling grapefruit and piney resin come first, with layers of rich caramel and toffee behind them. Sequoia is a red IPA inspired by the towering trees out west; it pours red under a white foam head. Columbus, Chinook, Nelson and Simcoe are hopped in aggressively, yet the 7.2% ABV beer stays balanced and complex.
