Hopped with Žatec hops alone, this yeast-driven pale lager lets the hop aroma lead, backed by slightly malty, estery and lightly yeasty notes and a trace of honey. The bitterness is clearly pronounced and sharp, the body medium to full, the colour pale gold to amber. Unfiltered, it matures for 60 to 80 days at the family brewery that has been brewing near Zvíkov since 1993.
