Pojistka is a pale, top-fermented, unpasteurised pale ale marked by fullness and body. A noticeable bitterness closes the taste, and the fruity tones are more pronounced than usual. The brewery lets the classic Cascade hop stand out in taste and aroma, next to Northern Brewer. The recipe is the original one from the Frýdlant brewery, credited to Pavel Palouš.
