Deep golden hue with excellent clarity and a dense, fine-bubbled head that clings to the glass with persistent lacing. High carbonation animates the beer throughout, creating a bright, lively visual presence characteristic of a well-executed Helles.

The nose opens with clean, grainy malt character complemented by a subtle herbal and spicy hop signature. Delicate floral notes emerge alongside a mineral undertone, with no yeast esters or adjunct distractions—purely focused and traditional.

Entry is malty and substantial, delivering real body without heaviness. Mid-palate unfolds with gentle honey sweetness and breadiness, balanced by a crisp, spicy hop bitterness (18 IBU) that lingers without dominating. The mineral backbone provides structure and keeps the beer from becoming soft.
