A luminous golden hue, pale and transparent, with excellent clarity and a fine white head that settles to a delicate lace. The carbonation is visible and crisp, with steady bead formation that maintains excellent head retention and fine Schaumkleiden down the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose presents a restrained but elegant expression of noble hops—Hallertau comes through with subtle herbal and slightly floral notes, without aggression. A clean, faintly grainy malt base supports the hop character, while the soft quellwater imparts an almost mineral openness that lets each element breathe.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters crisp and bone-dry, with an immediate snap of Hallertau bitterness that is refined rather than sharp. The malt layer is lean and slightly bready, allowing the hop profile to dominate the mid-palate without overwhelming it. The finish remains dry, with lingering hop bitterness balanced by a mineral dryness from the water character.

A long, clean finish with persistent noble-hop bitterness and a dry, refreshing aftertaste. The beer leaves the palate crisp and ready for the next sip, with no cloying sweetness or residual fullness.
