◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate lacework. Bright carbonation creates a lively bead that rises steadily through the body. The overall impression is of crystalline freshness, characteristic of a well-executed Pilsner.

◌ Aroma

The nose announces itself with vivid green-hop character — grassy and herbal notes dominate, with an almost floral elegance that distinguishes this from conventionally dry-hopped Pilsners. Beneath lies a subtle pine and citrus undertone, with just enough bready Malz backbone to anchor the composition without competing. This is an aromatic snapshot of the harvest field.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the crisp, mineral bite of wet hops layered over a lean, bone-dry Malz foundation. Bitterness builds steadily across the mid-palate with a herbal-piney character that feels alive and verdant rather than harsh. The finish remains clean and dry, with the hop bitterness persisting as an elegant, herbaceous echo rather than any sweet or malty residue.

Medium-length finish with a lingering bitter-herbal dryness that gradually fades to a clean, mineral-tinged aftertaste. The wet-hop character persists without becoming astringent, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
