◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in the glass with excellent clarity and fine, persistent carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with delicate lacing, characteristic of a well-executed Pilsner. Light catches through the beer with an inviting, translucent quality.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and composed, leading with clean Hallertau noble hop character—spicy, herbal, slightly resinous. A subtle grainy maltiness underpins the hop profile, with just enough mineral earthiness to anchor the bouquet. No yeast esters or adjunct noise; the aroma stays focused and dry.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and immediate, with a dry grain character that sits front and center on the palate. Mid-palate develops a noble hop bitterness—38 IBU integrated seamlessly, neither sharp nor dull—with herbal and spicy notes weaving through. The malt provides a light, almost bready foundation that balances rather than sweetens.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and mineral-driven, like biting into fresh grain with a faint mineral snap. Dryness persists, leaving the palate clean and ready for the next sip, with no lingering sweetness or hop resin.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
