The head forms with moderate density and maintains good retention, leaving fine trails of lacing down the glass. Carbonation is evident and well-integrated, creating a gentle, persistent stream of bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean, prominent grain notes—soft bread and biscuit from the Munich malt foundation. Opal hops introduce delicate citric and herbal-spice notes without dominating, while a subtle mineral character rounds out the profile. The overall impression is understated and inviting, with no sharp or harsh edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate begins clean and malty, with the bready character establishing itself immediately. Mid-palate reveals the citric and slightly peppery spice from the Opal hops, balanced by restrained bittering (18 IBU) that never overwhelms. The beer finishes dry and crisp, with mineral notes providing definition and preventing any sense of heaviness.
