◎ Aussehen

Deep amber color with excellent clarity and a rich, cream-colored head that clings to the glass with persistent lacing. The carbonation is moderate and even, characteristic of the Bock style. The body throws good depth against light, revealing hints of mahogany at the edges.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced caramel and toffee sweetness, supported by toasted malt character and subtle honey notes. A gentle warming alcohol presence builds as the beer opens, with underlying bready and nutty undertones. No sharp hop character intrudes; the profile remains firmly malt-driven.

◐ Geschmack

Caramel and toffee malt sit at the core of the palate, with a smooth, rich mouthfeel and secondary notes of toast, bread, and dark fruit developing through mid-palate. The 25 IBU provide gentle, restrained bitterness that frames the sweetness without drying it out. Alcohol warmth is present but integrated, lending weight and complexity rather than harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is notably dry and lingering, with the caramel and toasted notes slowly receding to leave a clean, slightly spicy aftertaste. The alcohol contributes a pleasant warming length without any astringent edge.
