Bright copper hue with excellent clarity, the color leaning warm and inviting without opacity. A dense, off-white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacework, indicating good protein stability. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting both visual appeal and tactile sensation on the palate.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with toasted caramel malt—a gentle, biscuit-like warmth rather than burnt sugar. Underneath lies a soft nuttiness, reminiscent of hazelnuts, which deepens the malty foundation without sharpness. Noble hops provide a discreet floral whisper in the background, allowing the clean lager fermentation to shine through.

Entry is smooth and sweet with immediate caramel and bready malt character. The mid-palate builds body without heaviness, the toasted notes contributing depth while a subdued bitterness (28 IBU) keeps the sweetness in check. The finish dries progressively, the malt lingering as a pleasant roundness rather than cloying residue.
