The nose leads with soft wheat and subtle grain notes, accompanied by a gentle tartness that suggests lactic acidity rather than aggressive sourness. Faint yeast character adds a whisper of breadiness, while a mineral undertone provides cleanliness and restraint. The overall impression is fresh and understated, inviting rather than assertive.
