The nose leads with clean Malz character—soft, grainy notes with a light honey sweetness. Gentle noble hop presence provides subtle citrus and floral undertones without assertiveness. The overall impression is understated and balanced, with no harsh or sulfurous notes.

Entry is crisp and refreshing with a rounded malt foundation that builds gently across the palate. Mid-palate reveals bready, grain-forward character with hints of honey and light citrus from restrained hop bitterness. The 20 IBU sits comfortably in the background, allowing malt expression to dominate without drying the finish.
