Vibrant citrus leads immediately—bright notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, and tangerine from the cryo Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. Underlying stone fruit sweetness and a subtle herbal green note complete the nose. No obvious malt or yeast character intrudes; the hop profile dominates cleanly.

Entry is soft and approachable, with immediate juicy fruit flavors—peach, nectarine, and orange—that carry across the palate. The Edelhopfen character remains fruity and aromatic rather than grassy or herbal. Bitterness sits low and refined at 40 IBU, providing structure without harshness; the finish leans toward sweet fruit rather than drying spice.
