◎ Aussehen

Golden amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate bands. Carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, lending visual liveliness without aggression. The beer displays the classic bright translucence of a West Coast IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous, piney hop character balanced by citrus zest—grapefruit and tangerine notes emerge clearly. Subtle herbal undertones sit alongside a clean, slightly floral Edelhopfen signature. Malz contributes a light breadiness in the background without sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, with hop bitterness establishing itself immediately—60 IBU lands with structure and clarity rather than harshness. Mid-palate develops layered citrus and pine resin, while a lean malz foundation provides backbone without cloying. The finish is persistently bitter and clean, with herbal notes lingering.

◑ Abgang

Long, drying finish with resinous hop character persisting well into the aftertaste. Bitterness fades gradually, leaving behind refreshing herbal and citrus echoes.
