ZZ IPA

ZZ IPA is more measured—citrus-forward without the sharp edges, with a dryness that feels earned rather than forced. It's got a cleaner finish than Kurtz's, almost like the brewers knew exactly where the line was and decided to stay just shy of it. The bitterness is there but it's polished, which makes it easier to drink multiple rounds without fatigue setting in.
