Żywiec feels more intentional on the first sip—slightly fuller body, a hint of grain earthiness underneath, and those extra IBUs give it a subtle herbal dryness in the finish. It's still restrained, still a lager, but there's a backbone here. The carbonation is a touch more assertive too. This is a beer you notice, whereas Weihenstephaner is a beer you stop noticing because it's just right.
