Steinbach brought slightly more intention here. There's a noticeable malt roundness—bread crust, a touch of honey sweetness—that gives it weight the Stauder doesn't have. The extra 2 IBU actually matters; you feel a mild herbal snap on the finish that adds definition. It's still approachable, but it's asking you to taste it, not just experience it.
