Big Rock's Bright Side lives up to its name in the most literal way possible. It's clean, almost aggressively neutral—the kind of lager that tastes like the brewery spent real effort making sure nothing gets in the way. You're getting malt sweetness and a crisp finish, but it's whisper-quiet on the hop front (16 IBU is basically apologetic). It's refreshing the way a glass of water is refreshing, just with fractionally more character.
