Traunstein opens with the same golden clarity, but the aroma feels lighter and more delicate—you get more of the hop spice rather than grain sweetness. It finishes drier than Herrngiersdorf, and the bitterness (though still subtle) has more presence. This one keeps you honest—it won't disappear into a meal the way the Herrngiersdorf will.
