Hachenburger Festbier

This one's lighter on its feet. The Hachenburger has that festbier cleanness—malt is there but it doesn't sprawl across your palate the way the Ratsherrn does. You get honey notes, a whisper of spice, and the finish is drier, almost crisp. It's the kind of beer that disappears quickly and makes you want another, which is probably the point of a Festbier anyway. Less introspection, more rhythm.
