Devil's Harvest IPA

Devil's Harvest leads with stone fruit—apricot, maybe some peach—before the bitterness shows up late. There's noticeably more malt sweetness holding the middle ground, almost caramel-adjacent. It feels slightly fuller in the mouth, like it's asking you to pay attention longer. The finish is drier than the middle suggests, but it lingers.
