Elephino Double IPA

Elephino's got a fuller mouthfeel that suggests someone spent time on the grain bill. The bitterness is present—80 IBUs don't lie—but it's woven into this caramel-forward sweetness that makes the whole thing feel more luxurious. The hops are there, but they're more citrus and stone fruit than herbal. Slightly hotter on the finish at 9.7%, but the extra body makes it feel smoother overall.
