The nose opens with vibrant fresh-hop character — grassy and herbal notes dominate, backed by a distinctive pine-like sharpness that sets this seasonal brew apart from standard Pilsners. Subtle citrus undertones emerge with air, while a clean, mineral undertone grounds the composition without any oxidative notes.

Entry is crisp and clean, with the wet-hop herbalism asserting itself immediately across the mid-palate. The noble-hop bitterness builds steadily without harshness, complemented by restrained malt sweetness and a mineral spine. Noble hops provide structure and traditional Pilsner dignity to what could otherwise feel one-dimensional.
