The nose opens with prominent Montmorency cherry notes—tart, stone-fruit forward, and immediately recognizable. Beneath the fruit sits a soft, grainy malted wheat character with hints of honey and delicate floral undertones from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. The adjuncts and hops remain in the background, allowing the cherry to breathe without competition.

Entry is smooth and approachable, with the cherry fruit establishing itself early on the palate without harshness. The mid-palate reveals a light, clean malt backbone and subtle sweetness that frames the fruit rather than drowning it. Bitterness is restrained at 23 IBU—just enough to prevent cloying, while the wheat ale's inherent dryness keeps the finish dry and balanced.
