Llipa! presents a pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms quickly and maintains crisp white lacing along the glass as it settles. Carbonation is visible and persistent, lending the beer a lively, well-defined sparkle.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive noble hop character—resinous pine and dried citrus peel dominate the front. Beneath the hop intensity lies a clean malt base with subtle grain sweetness, allowing the hop profile to remain in sharp focus. No yeast-derived esters or phenols interfere; the overall aromatics are dry and direct.

Entry is crisp and immediately bitter, with hop bitterness anchoring the palate from the opening. Mid-palate develops layered citrus and pine notes, supported by a lean malt backbone that avoids any residual sweetness. The finish is bone-dry, with lingering herbal and resinous hop bitterness that frames the entire drinking experience.
