A cloudy golden-brown pour with the hazy character typical of Hefeweizen, deepened by dark caramel and chocolate malts into a warm amber-brown. The head is generous and persistent, clinging to the glass in fine lace. Carbonation is moderate and lively, creating a soft, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent clove and banana — classic Hefeweizen yeast signatures — arriving soft and gently spicy rather than sharp. Beneath sits a mellow foundation of caramel and chocolate malt, warm and slightly sweet, with a subtle bready note. The overall impression is rounded and approachable, without alcohol heat.

◐ Geschmack

The palate begins smooth and malty, with caramel sweetness and a tender chocolate note providing depth. Banana and clove from the yeast unfold through the mid-palate in a gentle, playful manner, never overwhelming. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the malt's warmth and yeast character to remain the focus; the finish is dry without harshness.

The finish is smooth and fairly short, fading into a lingering malt sweetness and a whisper of yeast spice. No astringency or harsh edges remain; the aftertaste is clean and inviting.
