A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency characteristic of the Helles style. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass with fine, stable lacing. Carbonation is assertive, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright Motueka hop character: lime zest and candied citrus notes sit atop a subtle malt foundation. Tropical undertones—hints of passionfruit and green mango—emerge beneath the citrus without overwhelming the composition. Clean fermentation profile with no phenolic or ester distractions; the overall impression is lean, refreshing, and focused.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with a soft malt backbone providing gentle sweetness and body. The mid-palate develops citrus and tropical hop expression—lime pith and subtle passionfruit—balanced against restrained bitterness (18 IBU). Finish is dry and mineral-tinged, with lingering hop character that never turns harsh or astringent.
