Water-pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and bright, lively carbonation evident throughout. A delicate white head forms quickly and dissipates within moments, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. The beer presents a clean, effervescent appearance typical of well-executed kettle sours.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant red and dark berry notes—raspberry and blueberry dominate the aromatic profile—layered with subtle vanilla sweetness. Beneath the fruit, a mineral-saline character emerges, characteristic of the fleur de sel addition, alongside a faint briny brine-like undertone. The overall impression is bright and forthright, with no yeast or malt character asserting itself.

Entry is crisp and tart, with berry acidity establishing itself immediately on the palate. Mid-palate delivers a fuller berry expression—tart red fruit and darker berry notes play against the vanilla sweetness and salt, creating a complex interplay of sour, sweet, and mineral. Bitterness remains restrained (10 IBU), allowing the fruit and salt to remain in the foreground throughout.
