Goldihops

Goldihops is a sneaky little number. It's got that pale gold clarity that promises restraint, and it delivers—there's a delicate malt sweetness, almost honeyed, with a whisper of something herbal on the back end. The low ABV means it drinks like air, which is either its greatest strength or its limitation depending on what you're after. It's the kind of beer you forget you're drinking until you look down and the glass is empty.

White Star

White Star has more meat on its bones. There's a richer malt base underneath—you get a bit of biscuit, a touch of caramel—and it sits on your palate with more authority. The bitterness is the same as Goldihops on paper, but it feels more integrated here, less like a clean exit and more like part of the whole thing. It's still eminently drinkable, but it's asking for a bit more attention.
