Monte Perdido tastes like someone took a West Coast IPA and ran it through a cheesecloth. There's a bright citrus backbone—lemon peel, white grapefruit—but it doesn't clutter. The finish snaps clean without that resinous hang that some IPAs leave behind. At 6.5% it drinks like a beer that knows exactly what it is and doesn't oversell.

Tally Mark IPA

Tally Mark feels more layered, like the brewers were playing with depth. You get the initial pop of pine and citrus, but there's something underneath—maybe a hint of biscuit, maybe stone fruit—that keeps you thinking about the next sip. It's got texture in a way that feels intentional. The bitterness arrives late and lingers without being harsh.
