It's thirst-quenching in a way that feels almost Platonic, like someone asked 'what is a Kölsch?' and answered it without flourish.

SunBru Kölsch

SunBru leans into the approachability side. There's more malt presence here—softer, slightly honeyed—which gives the beer a rounder character. The bitterness integrates better because there's more sweetness to balance against it, and you get a warmer, almost silky finish. It's still dry overall, but it doesn't have that austere quality; this one feels designed to be immediately welcoming.
