A pale golden hue, bright and translucent with a fine haze from suspended yeast particles characteristic of an unfiltered Kellerbier. The head is modest but persistent, with delicate lacing that clings gently to the glass. Carbonation is restrained and creamy, creating a soft visual presence rather than aggressive effervescence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a soft yeast character—bread dough and fresh grain—layered beneath a clean, mineral-earthy hop presence that recalls wet stone and new hay. There is no aggressive aromatic intensity; instead, the aromas sit close to the glass and invite slow, deliberate inhalation. A subtle herbal quality rounds the profile without stepping into spice.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters clean and crisp, with a soft malt backbone that tastes like biting into fresh grain—slightly sweet, slightly grainy, without heaviness. Mid-palate brings the earthy hop character and mineral notes into focus, creating a balanced, understated bitterness (25 IBU) that feels organic rather than calculated. The finish is dry and bready, with yeast settling on the tongue.

The finish is medium-short and gently drying, with yeast and grain lingering softly on the palate. No harsh edges—this beer fades like fresh bread cooling on a shelf, refreshing and undemanding.
