Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, translucent character. A fine, persistent white head forms and clings evenly to the glass walls, indicating good carbonation and protein stability. The lacing trails cleanly as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

Fresh, inviting nose dominated by grain and baked bread notes, with a clean cereal character that speaks to quality malting. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops contribute a subtle, refined herbal and floral lift without overshadowing the malt foundation. No yeast autolysis or oxidation; the aromatic profile remains crisp and focused.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and crisp on the palate, with a soft malt sweetness that provides body without heaviness. The mid-palate shows restrained noble hop bitterness and a gentle herbal finish, while maintaining excellent balance between malt and hop. Refreshing carbonation drives the taste across the palate without becoming prickly.

Short to medium finish with a clean, dry aftertaste that encourages another sip. Lingering hop bitterness fades gracefully, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next drink.
