Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright translucence. A firm white head forms on the pour and maintains good lacing down the glass. Carbonation is brisk and visible, creating a lively, inviting presentation.

The nose leads with vibrant citrus peel and bright grapefruit notes from the Citra hop, layered with ripe mango and stone fruit complexity from Mosaic. Underneath runs a clean pine resin character from Simcoe, grounded by subtle grain sweetness that never dominates the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters crisp and juicy, delivering waves of citrus and tropical fruit across the mid-palate. A firm but measured bitterness builds gradually, balanced by restrained malt sweetness that provides structure without heaviness. The finish is dry and clean, with lingering pine and citrus notes fading into a pleasant herbal dryness.

The aftertaste is crisp and moderately long, with citrus and pine holding firm without becoming harsh. Bitterness recedes gradually, leaving a clean, refreshing impression.
