Pale straw-yellow with exceptional clarity and a thin, delicate white head that settles quickly into a fine lacing. The beer presents a bright, crystalline appearance characteristic of a well-executed lager fermentation. Carbonation is moderate and even, showing fine bubbles that rise steadily through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and clean, leading with soft cereal notes from the American malts and a subtle herbal whisper from noble-style hops. No yeast esters or off-flavors intrude; the extended cold fermentation has preserved a neutral, uncluttered profile. A faint suggestion of grain sweetness rounds out the bouquet without becoming cloying.

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with a light malt sweetness that sits on the palate without heaviness. The mid-palate develops a delicate hop bitterness—gentle and measured at 12 IBU—that lifts the grain character and prevents any flatness. The finish is dry and clean, leaving only a whisper of herbal hop and grain that invites the next sip.
