◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and brightness. A fine, persistent white head forms quickly and clings to the glass with good retention. The carbonation is lively and effervescent, evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is straightforward and clean, dominated by gentle cereal and light grain notes from the malted barley. A delicate herbal hop character emerges in the background, neither aggressive nor assertive. There is no yeast funk or sulfur—the bouquet speaks of freshness and simplicity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a lean, crisp entry of light malt sweetness and subtle grain character. The mid-palate remains thin but well-defined, with restrained bitterness that never dominates. The finish is dry and refreshing, driven by carbonation and a whisper of herbal hop bitterness that fades quickly without harshness.

The aftertaste is brief and clean, with no lingering sweetness or astringency. Carbonation carries the finish, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
