Pale golden-yellow with crystalline clarity and bright transparency. A fine, persistent white head forms on the pour, with excellent lacing that clings to the glass in delicate rings. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a refined visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with refined Hallertau noble hops, delivering a clean herbal character with subtle citrus and floral undertones. There is a gentle piney minerality that adds complexity without aggression. Light bready malt undertones provide a soft, grounding foundation that does not overpower the hop-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a crisp, dry entry that immediately showcases the Hallertau's elegant bitterness. Mid-palate develops layered notes of herbal spice and mineral dryness, balanced by a light bready sweetness from the Malz. The bitterness is precise and lingering, never harsh, building steadily toward a bone-dry finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is decidedly long and dry, with a persistent mineral and herbal aftertaste. Noble hop bitterness lingers cleanly on the palate without any astringency or residual sweetness.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
