Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and bright, luminous transparency. The head forms quickly and persists with fine, even lacing that clings to the glass walls throughout the pour. Carbonation is lively and consistent, evidenced by a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean, grassy Hallertau hop character, delivering subtle citrus and floral undertones without any aggressive edge. A light, biscuity malt foundation supports the hops, with faint mineral and herbal notes that reflect the brewing tradition. No yeast-derived esters or off-aromas; the aromatic profile is direct and refreshing.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with a light grain sweetness that transitions quickly to moderate noble hop bitterness in the mid-palate. The malt backbone is understated but present, contributing a subtle bread-grain character that frames the herbal and slightly spicy hop finish. Bitterness builds steadily without harshness, leaving the palate dry and refreshed.

The finish is dry and lingering, with hop bitterness and mineral notes persisting cleanly on the palate. A slight astringency from the noble hops enhances the refreshing quality, inviting another sip.
