Pale straw-yellow with a soft haze that catches the light pleasantly. A dense, creamy head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine Schaumkleiden. The lively carbonation creates a gentle, persistent fizz that underscores the beer's approachability.

◌ Aroma

Coriander seed and sweet orange peel lead the nose, accompanied by gentle floral notes that suggest chamomile or honeysuckle. A soft wheat maltiness sits beneath, with hints of banana and bubblegum from the yeast contributing a light, candy-like sweetness. The overall impression is bright and welcoming, free from any harsh spice.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with citrus brightness and spiced warmth from coriander, settling into a soft, creamy body with subtle wheat grain character. Bitterness is restrained at 12 IBU, allowing the spice and citrus to remain in the foreground. A gentle banana sweetness and hint of bubblegum provide roundness without heaviness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and refreshing, with the coriander and orange fading gracefully. A light, crisp drying sensation concludes the experience, inviting another sip.
