Bedlam pours a bright golden amber with excellent clarity and a dense, white head that persists admirably. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that maintain excellent head retention throughout the pour.

The nose is immediately assertive, leading with Simcoe's tropical fruit character—mango and passion fruit—layered with bright grapefruit citrus and a distinctive resinous pine backbone. Subtle floral and spicy hop notes round out a complex, inviting aromatic profile that exemplifies classic American IPA.

The palate delivers bold, clean hop character with tropical and citrus flavors arriving immediately, transitioning to a firm, well-integrated bitterness that builds steadily through the mid-palate.
